Understanding Palliative Care DVD

The Understanding Palliative Care DVD is now available free of charge to individual Queenslanders affected by terminal illness, including patients, family, friends and carers. The DVD is available in two versions, a Queensland version and a national version. The Queensland version includes an additional chapter that provides information about both the Palliative Care Information Service (PCIS) and Palliative Care Queensland. The DVD is also available in two formats, either a standard boxed or non-boxed cardboard sleeved edition.  It is the non-boxed edition that will be supplied free of charge to individuals affected by terminal illness.

A charge will apply for the supply of either the boxed or non-boxed edition of the DVD to health professionals, students, organisations, institutions and others. A fee of $3 (inc GST) plus $2 postage and handling will be charged for the non-boxed edition, and $15 (inc GST) plus $2 postage and handling will be charged for the boxed edition. A reduced rate will apply for bulk orders of the DVD, however postage and handling costs may increase where necessary to cover costs.
