Fact Sheets

Palliative Care Queensland has produced a number of fact sheets that can be used by patients, carers or health professionals. There are twelve fact sheets available, however as these publications are presently being reviewed, only five fact sheets are currently available for download.  To order printed copies of these fact sheets, please complete a PCQ Resource Order Form and forward via fax, mail or email to Palliative Care Queensland.
