- Funding to support the Community Champions project (approx $150K)
- Funding to support the Your Death Your Choice Forum on May 19th 2012 (approx $33K)
- Funding to support the Palliative Care PlaceStories Project (approx $100K)
- Funding to employ a full-time Statewide Palliative Care Education Coordinator ($80K)
- Funding to employ a full-time Media and Communication Coordinator ($80K)
- Funding to employ a full-time Marketing and Fundraising Manager ($90K)
- Funding to employ a part-time Event Coordinator ($50K)
- Funding to employ a part-time Volunteer Coordinator ($50K)
- Funding to employ a full-time Office Coordinator ($65K)
- Rent/cost free office space (1 office and 4 work stations) in the Brisbane CBD to accommodate PCQ for two years commencing August 2012
- Free use of an education room (minimum 50 person capacity theatre style with full AV functionality) in either Inner Brisbane or the Gold Coast
- 5 years costs associated with developing and operating a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) ($80K)
- Funding to support the design, development and 5 year operation of a revised and more functional PCQ website
